MIB Tolato Mozdony Train Locomotive w/2 Boxcars Tin Litho Wind Up

Here we have a very nice mint in box Tolato Mozdony (or Shunting Locomotive), made in Hungary by Elzett Muvek, circa 1992. A terrific addition to your collection.

This wind-up set features a nicely detailed tin litho folded track that opens up to 43" long, a Shunting Locomotive that picks up and drops off the two boxcars . It is in Excellent working condition with little-to-no scratches and wear, and the locomotive works as expected. This locomotive measures approx. 3-3/4" long. Original box, instructions and key are included. A wonderful example of a very collectible wind-up toy, offered to you with no reserve.

A switcher or shunter (a/k/a yard pilot or switch engine or shifter) is a small railroad locomotive intended not for moving trains over long distances but rather for assembling trains ready for a road locomotive to take over, disassembling a train that has been brought in, and generally moving railroad cars around – a process usually known as switching.
